Drishti Hospital (Delhi, Narela )

The doctor is really soft spoken and well behaved. I went for just a regular checkup, so can't comment on his technical skills. However, I deducted 2 stars for 2 reasons- 1. No digital mode of payment is accepted. Only cash is allowed. (Don't know which world they are living in). Moreover, neither cash receipt is given nor payment amount is mentioned anywhere on prescription document. (Thats the only document they gave). Apparently, they are generating lot of unrecorded cash. 2. Sanitization levels are zero. The equipments they were using continuously for patients, were not being sanitized at all. Atleast, they were not sanitized in front of me, during check-up of 7-8 patients. Eyes, being an easy entry point for any virus, they are very negligent on this part. I won't say that the doctor is not recommended but they do need to improvise a lot.

Unprofessional behaviour of the employees. The timings of the clinic are upto 7.00 pm and the staff put the shutter down at 6.30 pm refusing to attend the visitor.

Nice hygiene place proper eye care is available and more facilities available like lens and also panel comes under this faculty

I took my grandmother to drishti eye hospital for his 2nd surgery . This hospital bst service. In your hospital your all members are and good the receptionist is so fair and her language is vry soft . This is vry bst facility. Especially the doctor ashwani sir behaviour and providing extra care.......
