This is a great store to buy fabulous glasses. The store has wide variety and the staff is also very nice. The after service was also great. They repaired my glasses in 10 minutes! Totally recommend it.

I had a very disappointing experience at the Lenskart outlet recently. The salespeople, particularly a staff member named Santosh, had a very bad attitude towards customers. They seemed uninterested in helping and lacked basic product knowledge, making it difficult to understand what I was buying. Despite this, the manager was present but did nothing to address the issue or improve the situation. Overall, it was a frustrating experience, and I left feeling undervalued as a customer. I would not recommend this store based on the poor customer service I received.
