Retina Point Dwarka

One of the reviews read as a center with best facilities. I don’t understand how can it be accepted as a center with basic facility. I called the number available for the center on Google and the lady on the other side ( most likely a family member) confirmed the timing at 8 pm. I reached the center exactly at 8 pm. While parking my vehicle, saw the family coming out. I met the same lady who had received my call and fixed my appointment. She blatantly denied that she had given the appointment for that day but the appointment was for next day. It was disappointing but I again went today as I wanted to get the 2nd opinion from an Doc with AIIMS stamp. After entering the facility I was shocked to see the instruments. Couple of very very basic instruments, looks old even if not outdated. On top of it Doctor seemed to be in a real hurry to finish his assessment and handing over a 1000 bill for hardly 5 mins of his precious time. He has the renowned stamp of AIIMS and Gangaram hospital. But he should at least do justice to his fees which is double of other good ophthalmologists in and around Dwarka. If you are not to much reservation/ fascination with AIIMS stamping (like I have) then this Doc should be best avoided

I went for a Ratinopathy here. The doctor Mr. S N Jha is a gentleman and explained me everything. Initially, I was not sure about this clinic but tje setup is most advanced and excellent. I would recommend this clinic to everyone. Not to mention that dr. S N Jha is HOD and Vice President of Sir Ganga Ram Hospital. Thanks.

Best ophthamologist, thorough gentleman, very cooperative.
