Sanjeevan Netralaya

There needs to be an option to rate 0 stars. I enquired about this institution a few months back, and since then, their staff has been following up with me on the plan for my visit. Before coming today, I told the person calling me that my mother was blind from one eye, partial vision in the other eye. Moreover she cannot walk properly due to old age and that she will require a wheelchair to move around. They said this was all available, resulting in our visit today. To my shock and surprise I found out they do not have a ramp for the wheel chair. When I insisted on one they bought a temporary ramp and put it on the stairs. If you closely look at the picture you will see the patient has to be lifted as there are gaps between thre ramp and the stairs. My mother at her age and and ailments is feeble. She has had many accidents resulting in a broken knee at the same spot a few times. We therefore refused to accept the 'jugaad' and chose to return. Before this post I gave my feedback to the institute. They have listened to me carefully and said such feedback will be given to their management. I am born and bought up in delhi and this is the only medical institute that does not have a wheelchair friendly setup. This is very poor! (Note - feedback is on facilities and not the doctor). Pls also note that the board says Sanjeevan and not Sanjeevan Netralaya. I explained tho them the need for keeping consistency of their brand. Woh bhi kya kare, sab chal hi raha hai to kyu zaroorate hai kuch change karni ki. RESULT - I am returning home with parent after time lost visiting the institute but not being able to meet the doctor.

After several efforts and medications used i was not able to stop my hairfall and it ended up losing all my hope but one of my friend recommended sanjeevan netralaya and it’s been 10 days now my hairfall has stopped thanks to dr. Sneha she explained me about the condition of my hair and how it’ll be fixed whole staff is so generous and supportive. I’m still using ayurvedic medicines they provided and in a hope of getting back me receding hairline. Sincere thanks to Dr saba naaz, dr. Sneha and all the staff

I recently visited sanjeevan for eye treatment or hair treatment,all staff are very good well spoken, Doctor well educated they listen my problem and gave solution,Very satisfied with treatment after one month share this review,

I visited Sanjeevan Netralaya last week.My father was suffering from diabetic retinopathy and we were searching for ayurvedic treatment for this.Then i saw ad of Sanjeevan Netralaya and google it for the review and found it helpful. All staff are good they gave nice hospitality Drs.are very experienced,I am very impressed with check up and environment.Now we are taking treatment results are impressive and hoping for the best
