Never go to this clinic. I had an extremely disappointing and frustrating experience, and I found them to be both unprofessional and unreliable. The staff and the doctor, Sangeeta Sharma, failed to take accountability for any potential risks to my eye. The most concerning issue was that Dr. Sharma prescribed a banned eye drop named BRITANCE, which, as I later found out, was only available at their clinic. When I questioned her about this, she became defensive and claimed that the ban had been lifted. However, when I asked for proof or any news regarding the update, she could only reference a hard copy document and offered no online verification or further explanation. Additionally, the clinic repeatedly pressured me to purchase medication exclusively from them during my consultation, which felt like an inappropriate sales tactic rather than a professional healthcare service. This experience has left me with serious doubts about their integrity and patient care.
