The rooms were well-maintained and equipped with necessary amenities for both the mother and baby. Medical Staff: The doctors and nursing staff were highly professional and approachable. They explained every procedure in detail, ensuring that we were comfortable and well-informed throughout the process. Services: From prenatal care to delivery the hospital delivered excellent care. The team ensured that the process was handled perfectly. Cost: The pricing for the services was reasonable, considering the quality of care provided. There were no hidden charges, and the billing process was transparent. Overall Experience: From start to end it was a great experience. My wife delivered twins( Boy and Girl). Although it's a tough journey but with the help of Dr. Mani Kapur, it seemed very easy I would highly recommend Healing Touch Hospital, Vikaspuri, for maternity care.

It's a very nice clinic for eyes treatment.It is located in a nice and quiet colony.The leading road's are well maintained and the area is full of trees.The inside of the clinic is also well maintained.See it yourself kindly go through the images.

I would like to express my sincere gratitude to Dr. Mani Kapur and team for the exceptional care and attention she provided to my mother. Her expertise and compassionate approach made a significant difference in my mother's treatment, and we truly appreciate her dedication. However, I do feel that the hospital's overall infrastructure, specifically the sanitation in the washrooms and wards, could be greatly improved. Cleanliness is a vital part of patient care, and unfortunately, I found these areas to be below the standard expected from a healthcare facility. Overall, Dr. Kapur's services as a doctor are commendable, and I would highly recommend her. However, the hospital could benefit from addressing these hygiene concerns to ensure a more pleasant and safe environment for all patients. Thank you again, Dr. Kapur, for your outstanding service!

My father Varinder Bhutani suffered vision loss 2-3 years post cataract surgery..Dr. Jaya guided us well and performed Cornea transplant (DSEK) which is very critical.. She performed the surgery to perfection and now, his eye is fine and he able to see without any issue.. Staff at Healing Touch is also supportive..

I am delighted to write this review for Dr. Kanchan Singh, who has been looking after my parent’s Eye health since the last few months. She is not only an excellent retina specialist but also a very compassionate human being, and a great doctor too. She is very caring, when it comes to dealing with the elderly generation, who on many occasions require great deal of patience and repeated instructions. I recommend her highly for any Retina related issues; especially if you have elderly parents.
