If you come to this hospital they will ask you to wait 4 to 5 hours. If you ask for compliant box they dont care. They will just say to give reviews in google. Worst service. If you go with appointment they dont care at all. Just wait wait wait wait wait very. They will treat first they know well.

My Mother's cataract operation of both eyes was successfully done by robotic surgery done by Dr.Piyus Kapur ji. All the staffs are well mannered. Their behaviour is very polite, helpful and quick response towards patient.Himansu ji helped me a lot at hospital for surgery. I was new to this he guided me and helped me a lot.One of the best eye hospital of Delhi. I strongly recommend to visit this hospital for any eye problem.

Bad experience we had to call 50 times to know the status of insurance..surgery was planned for 3 in the afternoon it was rescheduled and preponed to 1pm however the doctor didn’t come until 4 pm surgery started at 5 and we got free at 6:30 6-7 min surgery and waiting more than 5 hours not done Highly unprofessional Staff at pre surgery waiting area is rude You just have to accept whatever reason for the delay they are giving. Reception staff is super casual at the reception they keep talking to each other or are busy on the mobile talking to god knows Whom. Staff should be given soft skills training And hire better trained staff and may be more in number these ones clearly can’t handle all of this No value for money No value of time.My father is a sugar patient but had to stay without eating for long because of the wait time

Had FEMTO assisted cataract surgery done in my both my eyes, at Healing Touch, Janakpuri, with a gap of 15 days(March 2025), as per advice of Dr. Jaya Gupta. Very good experience. She was really good and ready with satisfying replies to all my queries. The staff outside was also very good. Ms.Soma at the reception and Ms.Pinky Verma, the councillor, were also very helpful. Highly recommended

Got my father's left eye cataract surgery done here by Dr. Piyush Kapoor. The paperwork process was absolutely seamless and everything was done in just 3 visits. The staff members were very cooperative and the doctors were very humble and attentive during consultation. 10/10 Recommend

Very good service. Meet with Dr. Ranjeet, for my mother's right eye and got very good response and guide, got surgery by Dr Neeraj in next day. It was outstanding and very quickly(in just two days). Will update or put my review later as well after follow up with doctor if required. Thank You Team!

Dr Piyush Kapur is indeed an excellent doctor. I recently had eye surgery done by him, and the whole experience was excellent. From the first visit, he made me feel comfortable and explained everything clearly.He made sure to follow up after the surgery and was always there to answer any questions I had. I highly recommend Dr Piyush Kapur for eye problems.

Would like to share personal experience Went with my mom for her injection in eyes, for 1st time. Don't know anyone there ,fortunately meet Mr Ranjeet, Best person there,help a lot and all other staff, Dr kapoor and other doctors were very humble Mom was scared with injection, but when doctor did didn't realise and no pain at all. Wonderful hospital doctors and staff are very caring, Don't listen to negative reviews, go and try yourself and then decide Ranjeet is best over there ,help my mom like a family in my absence as well God bless everyone, keep doing this humble job
