Pathetic attitude of doctor towards my maid.. she was not soft spoken to under priveledged people as if they are untouchable. She scolded her several times.She misguided her by saying ankhe ja rhi h inki although nothing is like that.. she did not explained the main reason. Yesterday i went to sunetram eye clinic and the doctor was very sweet to my maid.. explained things efficiently and also made my maid understand the things as she was uneducated and had language problem.

Dr Priya has excellent knowledge in her field. She have good communication skills, generous and intelligent doctor .she briefs about the disease in such a well manner. Most importantly thing is there that is taking all patients for her patients first comes first also giving sufficient time to every patient on the basis of there need.

Dr. Priya Dua is not only an Excellent Doctor , she is simple, superb human being, Sober, approachable, friendly approach with smiling face with her selfless service . She is an extraordinary intelligent Doctor with human values. Nice advise, hardly find such non commercial Doctors in this era. May God bless her and best wishes for the future.

Excellent clinic for all types of Eye Treatments. Dr Priya have excellent knowledge in their field. She have good communication skill, briefing about the disease in such a good manner. Most good thing are there she is taking all patients on first come first serve basis , also giving sufficient time to every patient on the basis of there need. Her behaviour are so much friendly and a good nature at all. Staff are also good and very responsible. My mother have taken a surgery of cataract. And all facilities are provided there are really good 👍

Dr. Priya dua did a great job with my first ever eye health exam. She explained everything to me in a very clear manner. She was also kind and friendly. All of the staff was great and they were very helpful to me and patients .

Good communication is very essential part of medical service which is lack in your clinic , first there staff said post op medications are include in our package but before one day of surgery they said i have to pay seperately for post op medications and this is very difficult for middle class family to arrange money at short time period because from the day when biometery had done there staff said post op medications will included in package. When i try to explain this to Dr. Priya she refused that she don’t know about this and her staff also refused which is major problem i faced there. And then she point out on my manners without knowing my problem and without listening my issue she just behave rudely. I didn’t force them for discount they give that because my brother was staff there if they don’t want to give discount then they can inform me before biometery then i will arrange my budget according to that amount. This is the major issue i face there the poor communication because dr didn’t talk directly to patients on call if any patient have any enquiry then they have to talk with the receptionist she will coordinate with doctor And in last they all refused on what they said to patient about amount. And one last thing that every patient and attendent have right to discribe about their problem they face and doctor have to listen it politely without judging them. I also work in hospital and i know how to behave with seniors very well and i also know about the importance of good communication.
