Doctors are so helful and listen to the needs of their patients. Receptions and billing department are cooperative. I like the cleanliness of the centre including the outside premises. Pharmacy staff clearly explain the prescriptions with markings on the covers of the medicines. However, I have little issues with the services of the Counselors and Optical Store. The staff at the store could be more active and guide their customers and improve the delivery time. Secondly, the first time I was sent to the Counselor by my doctor, estimates and procedures were explained in detail, but no forms/ cards were given to me. As a first timer at the centre, I thought that such was the service provided by them. On the date of appointment with the doctor telephonically, I went for the surgery but to my surprise the counselors told me that I have no cards/ documents to proof that my appointment was on that day. On trying to explain how I have met them the other day and thought that that was the procedure, one of the Counselor asked me not to blame them. I was taken aback! Luckily, another counselor could help me make an appointment the next day. Overall, I recommended the centre for eye treatment.

I’d been dealing with persistent eye dryness and blurred vision for a while before finally deciding to consult someone. I saw Dr. Nikita Gupta at Centre for Sight, and she was honestly a breath of fresh air. She took the time to really listen, asked the right questions, and explained everything clearly without making it overwhelming. What stood out most was how calm and reassuring she was — you can tell she genuinely cares about her patients. The treatment she suggested started showing results quickly, and I left feeling both relieved and well taken care of. The clinic was clean and organized, but it was Dr. Nikita who really made the experience so positive.

Had a really bad experience with Dr. Sreedhara Naik here. Doctor did not even cared to explain the prescribed meds properly. I am now having a doubt about his opinion too. He was too rude and non understanding to the question I posed. And it seemed he was offended with my question. Patients are bound to have questions to which the docs least can do is explain properly. The doctor needs to undergo some sort of training on how to speak with the patients. If you have questions about your condition, never consult him. Total waste of Rs. 1,600/-. He and his opinion is not worth even a single penny. I have never come across this much rude, empathy less and aggressive doctor, he behaved as if asking questions about your condition is a crime. May be he is not well learned or knowledgeable, hence he hates questions. Never going to visit this clinic again because of this doctor.

My experience with Dr Swati Singh at the Centre for Safdarjung Enclave was exceptional. The staff are very efficient. The Dr was knowledgeable,explained everything clearly, and made me feel ease. The facilities are modern and well maintained. I am grateful for the excellent care I received and would definitely recommend the Centre for Sight to others.

Dr. Harsh kumar is really a good doctor of eye.He is so possessive to their patients and he gives best treatment to their patients, his behaviour is so kind.He gave best treatment to my eyes,I am very thankful to him . Nidhi chandra

My surgery was performed in centre for sight safdarjung enclave on 3rd May 2025 want to talk to Dr Koul from last two days called the center atleast five times requested them to please inform dr koul to give me a call so that I can talk to her as she performed the surgery but no one bothered. Tried everything but can't talk to her .please help

For the last 15 years Centre For Sight has helped my parents, my kids and me see better... in fact see life better... What sets them apart is their super specialist doctors who are extremely talented & good at their work Also their staff is very well trained and efficient. Kudos for your good work Thank you

This post is not intended for all of the doctors at CFS, but it is specifically for Dr. Sreedhara S. Naik, a consultant at CFS. He calls himself an ophthalmologist, but he is incapable of performing an eye examination because he is unable to provide my daughter with adequate care. As a doctor, he should remember that he is a human being and should also provide justification for his fees, which he does not do. He has no courtesy and charges Rs. 1500 for consultation services that are worthless; at the very least, he need to check the patient. I saw him today for my daughter, who is two years old, but he didn't even bother to do the first examination before giving his advise. It was really frustrated experience with Dr. Sreedhara S. Naik, especially when it comes to the care of your child. It's always disappointing when a healthcare professional doesn't meet your expectations or provide the level of care you're paying for, especially when you expect them to act with professionalism, courtesy, and thoroughness. It’s important for doctors to not only have the proper skills but also to treat their patients with respect, perform necessary evaluations, and justify their fees by providing the services they’re charging for. Dr. Naik fell short on all of these fronts. Hopefully, this feedback will help others in a similar situation.
