I Dr Ravi Gupta, 75 recently had the opportunity to visit ICLINIX, National Park, near Mool Chand Metro Station, Lajpat Nagar, New Delhi 110024. I went there at 8.25 am. The staff at the Clinix is so courteous, polite and well mannered.The Clinix is well equipped with latest machines. Before Surgeopn Dr Varun Gogia comes. They had almost done my job i.mean checked my vision, tested my eye sight and prepared my file and kept ready on his table. The loving very sweet and smile on his face came and freed me within 10 minutes, with complete satisfaction and smile on my face. I wish to recommend to everyone this type of nice clinix.🙏❤️

Standing at the reception since 45 minutes and there's no scope of anyone hearing. This is a residential home in the name of hospital. They had called us for a surgery and the actual term for this place is fish market. Such chaos in things as complicated as surgeries. Even the patient is standing since an hour. Congratulations on having no seating arrangement in your home.

My experience with Dr. Varun sir is truly great . I underwent my eye surgery of Retinal detachment as well as for cataract. He and all the staff is too cooperative. Varun sir is really a friendly and very kind . He didn't feel me any type of discomfort during my surgery. So, A very big thankyou sir for saving my life.

Extremely disappointing and distressing experience. My husband underwent retina detachment surgery here, and the care was utterly unacceptable, he opened them multiple times—and shockingly, no one from the clinic informed us of the consequences or the seriousness of what had happened. As a result, he lost vision in the operated eye. By God’s grace, we consulted another doctor in time and were able to save his other eye. It’s terrifying to think what could have happened if we had continued blindly trusting this place. I wouldn’t even give one star if that was an option. Dr. Varun Gogia, who claims to be an AIIMS alumnus, is an inexperienced and unethical doctor. I underwent LASIK surgery at his clinic, and due to the use of low-quality lenses and tools, I developed a severe eye infection that nearly caused my cornea to melt. Instead of providing proper medical care or admitting me to a hospital, he negligently advised me to go home and use some medication. After 15 days of worsening symptoms, I went to AIIMS Delhi, where doctors immediately admitted me, recognizing the seriousness of my condition. It is clear that Dr. Varun Gogia deliberately avoided referring me to a hospital to protect his clinic’s reputation, putting my vision and health at serious risk. I strongly warn anyone considering treatment at his clinic—especially for LASIK or any other surgery—to stay away. His negligence and unethical practices can have devastating consequences.
