The doctor is great—I have been visiting him for years since I was a kid. Although the clinic’s rules are somewhat stringent, they help maintain cleanliness. My only complaint is about the staff at the reception. They are often rude and struggle to communicate politely most of the time.

Doctor sahab has vast experience in his field no doubt he is master and best Ophthalmologist.

The Doctor is highly experienced. He gives only that advice which is best for the patient. You will not find such doctors these days.

I had a very good experience. He diagnosed my eye problem and treated it perfectly. I had visited many doctors before but none could solve it. Thank you Sir.

Very nice environment in the Center. Extremely professional approach. Had a wonderful experience in getting my Mother-in-law's Cataract Surgery done again without complications from this Center.

Very unpleasant experience. After waiting 20 mins in the clinic as first appointment of the day, the Dr refused to see the patient because of lack of prescription. Does not value the time of the patients at all. Neither does the receptionist inform you over the call that last prescription is required over a call at the time of booking appointment nor do they ask you when you arrive. A little more regard for patient's time needs to be shown especially on a working day morning when you take time off to see the Dr. Update : Since I can't reply to the response. Am updating my review to mention the following points: 1. We were not given the option of paying full fees to see the Dr. He categorically and very rudely refused to see us, expecting us to head back home and retrieve the prescription after the long wait. 2. No option of maintaining prescription has ever been offered. 3. The Dr should have the courtesy to respect a patient's time. You can't make a patient wait 20 mins after giving a confirmed appointment time and then ask the patient to go back home and retrieve the prescription. It is absolutely absurd and never have we ever experienced such a thing. Just professional competence and experience of a Dr is not a substitute for courtesy. This assumed attitude of superiority and arrogance left an extremely bad taste for us as a patient. Your response reflects the same as well. Also please do not diss on other Drs who are equally competent and experienced and we have never had a negative experience like this in another clinic or hospital. It is in poor taste to say the least!

If there is a minus star I would like to rate it a minus thousand times . Who has made him a doctor . He is a total shame on a doc . I went to him for my dad he told he doesn’t have Moti bind but his eye vision has dropped and if not taken care we would have to remove his whole eye . I got my dads eye checked again and he has motiya bind . Advice to you plz stop Persuing doctor as you are the worst doc in Naraina for eye . Plz do not go to him he is just there to make money nothing else . For a drop of eye drop n 5 mints check he charges 400 and will right you some test costing 8-9k which is not even required.

Very bad experience...i went to get my daughter's eyesight checked who is 6 years of age. The receptionist refused for an appointment saying the doctor allows only children above 8 years of age. I was kind of shock and felt like abusing them.
