On behalf of my son Roy, i would like to thank Eye Consultants. The staff are amazing, the reception, the nurses and Dr. Nadire. The nurses performed all the tests with care and the Dr explained every detail well... Highly recommended.

I have been visiting Eye Consultants since 2016, when I had my LASIK procedure, and I continue to be impressed with their services. The staff are always friendly and professional, and the doctors are thorough, taking the time to explain everything clearly. The clinic is clean, well-organized, and efficient, making each visit smooth and stress-free. Overall, an outstanding experience—I highly recommend them for anyone seeking quality eye care!

I recently had a follow-up appointment after 10 days of a critical laser procedure at this clinic and I was quite disappointed with the experience on my recent visit. Despite having paid a significant amount for the service, I’m still waiting over an hour at the reception before being seen by the doctor for 3:30PM appointment. they’re not following up the given schedules / appointments and claiming its busy without giving you an explanation unless you ask them whats the reason for the delay. No apology or an explanation of what the delay is for. Such delays are frustrating, especially when you’re already investing a lot in your care. I expected a much more efficient, timely and professional experience given the cost.

I had problems with my eyes and went here for a consultation. After the first examination, DR. AHMED EL KHASHAB performed an urgent laser surgery because of a tear in one retina that must have happened about two weeks before. His work has been excellent and Dr. El Khashab worked even overtime hours to save my retina. The surgery went fantastically well and my eye is completely ok again. I cannot thank Dr. El Khashab enough for his excellent job. For consultation you do need to block some extra time, but this because they really care about their customers and take the necessary time to give you the best treatment possible.

From the moment I walked in, the staff was incredibly friendly, making me feel welcome and at ease. The professionalism they demonstrated throughout my visit was outstanding. The doctors and specialists took the time to explain my condition , answering all my questions with patience and clarity. Their expertise and attention to detail gave me great confidence in the care I received. The facility was clean, well-organized, and equipped with state-of-the-art technology, which made the experience even more reassuring. I had my lasik surgery with Dr. Sherif who brought back my vision to 20/20. Professional Doctors, Nursing Team, Reception plus the extra effort of Dra Rumaisa to make the whole experience an extra mile. I truly felt the comfort and sincerity in every department in this clinic. Bye Bye to my Eyeglasses i wore for more than a decade. Thank you Eye Consultant team.

I had my laser eye surgery at this clinic and was initially satisfied as the healing process went smoothly. Although my vision deteriorated again within less than two years, I accepted this outcome. Based on my overall neutral experience, I also recommended my brother for a laser correction at this clinic. His treatment was performed using the SMILE procedure – the most expensive option. Unfortunately, the results were not satisfactory: while one eye showed a significant improvement, the other only achieved about 50% of the expected vision. Since there was no further improvement, a corrective procedure became necessary. While the initial consultation and treatment were professional and friendly, the approach changed after the procedure did not yield the desired results. Once it became clear that the correction would have to be performed at the clinic’s expense, Dr. Sheriff’s attitude noticeably shifted. While he had previously been very friendly, he suddenly seemed distant and less accommodating. The corrective procedure worsened the situation significantly. My brother still suffers from severe vision problems, and doctors in Germany have been unable to help him. What is particularly disappointing is that our WhatsApp messages have since been ignored. One positive aspect is the staff, especially at the reception. They are highly competent, friendly, and helpful. However, communication and the final surgical outcome were extremely unsatisfactory. Based on our experience, we cannot fully recommend this clinic.

Got Femto Lasik done with doctor Sherif, It only took 10 minutes and it was completely pain free, my vision came back 4 hours after. Definitely recommend this clinic if you are considering lasik. Thank you Eye Consultants! I can see
