I did an eye surgery with Dr. Walid at Orbit Clinic, and I spent almost a month under his care. From start to finish, the experience was outstanding. Dr. Walid is not only incredibly professional but also one of the most human and caring doctors I’ve ever come across. He took the time to explain every step, always made sure I was comfortable, and followed up closely. I can confidently say he’s the best in his field. The clinic staff, from reception to the nurses, were just as impressive, professional, supportive, and always welcoming with a smile. They really made me feel looked after. Highly recommended!

I just accompanied my friend who had eye issues, and yes, she got the best treatment. It is located in Dubai heathen city and the environment is clean and silent. They have free wifi that you just scan a QR code using your phone because it is displayed at the reception. A small play area for toddlers, free water,coffee ☕, cappuccino,tea,and others apart from soft drinks. I took a cappuccino as I waited for my friend. Thank you Orbit eye center for a good hospitality 🙏🥰🥰

I highly recommend Orbit Eye Clinic! Dr Walid performed the squint surgery on my 2 year old daughter which was a success. He's so patient with kids and they truly end up loving him. He is literally the best out there. I could not have trusted anyone else to do this surgery. He was there to answer all my questions and even after the surgery was done, any questions i had i was able to reach and ask him directly. So thankful to have Drs like him. The whole process was so smooth and the follow ups. Absolutely loved the experience and they made it so much easier than i expected!

I had vision therapy here, and the vision difficulties I felt has greatly improved thanks to Dr. specialties. The session was continuous trainings and assessments, I had to visit many times but could complete all sessions thanks to kindness and hospitality of all team members. Kids space is available so my son could wait during my session. In addition all members are very kind to kids. Thank you for all. ありがとう！

I generally don’t leave reviews, but this is something that has to be shared. Dr.Walid has given me the best treatment and care with my strabismus surgery. The results were beyond exceptional and he has truly shown why he is the best in the region. His staff, facility, knowledge and care are the best. This is coming from someone who has had countless eye surgeries in the past. The results of my procedure were absolutely amazing and my recovery was astonishingly fast. Truly a huge thank you to everyone from this office. You’ve given me something that I’ve been waiting nearly 2 decades for. 🙏🏼

As a parent ,the most difficult thing is to make a right choice .My 16 year daughter started her strabismus around 10 years back and we saw many doctors regarding the treatment options but somehow the option for surgery got delayed. Dr.Waleed Abdallah’s name appeared in my search as one of Dubai’s best when I researched for surgery options.I visited Orbit Eye Center after taking the appointment .It was an easy process through WhatsApp .The clinic is located in healthcare City.It was a clean and welcoming place with friendly staff.My daughter was initially assessed by Dr.Nabila and she was skillful and friendly .Dr.Waleed was very adept and kind.He explained everything in detail . We decided to go for surgery and appointment was fixed .Saida was patient coordinator and helped us through the process .All our questions were answered patiently to be ready before surgery.The surgery went very well .It was a day surgery so after recovery time we came home.Dr.Waleed explained the process and after care in detail and we were given a care kit having medicines,protective googles and instructions to help her recover.We had one visit very next day and two more to follow after surgery. It was a right choice and we are happy about it.We did it without insurance and believe me ,they have good package with surgery,care and follow ups. I really am thankful to Dr, Waleed and his team for their wonderful contribution to my daughter’s life.
