Hemant’s technical expertise, product knowledge and courteousness in resolving lens issues, and Saraniya’s kindness and technical skill, make this my go-to store for optical needs.

My last experience with them is nothing short of frustation and disappointment. They twice made a mess of my progressive glasses. Have been making lenses with them for years but recently they made glasses totally out of focus and maintain this is best they can do within a frame they have previously made glasses for. There are other competitors out their for lesser cost and better customer service. They lost a permanent customer.

Rivoli Eyezone at Deira City Center helped me find the reading glasses I needed. I just provided my prescription from Mediclinic, where I had my eye exam, even though they offer those services as well. A special thanks to Tammy for her assistance!
