Ordered my lenses with Priya the day before leaving for a very important meeting. The lenses came the day after morning time. She did order has soon as requested and made me pay per link. Very happy with the service she provided. Will always go there from now.

Ms. Priya, who checked my eyes and Mr.Rohan who assisted me in selecting frames were great, very professional and calm,explained everything, and was patient enough to answer all my questions... I will highly recommend you and your store to my friends in need of eye care. Can't wait to try my new glasses and contact lenses.. !!

I wish they had more frame options. Some lesser known but cooler design options would be good. The staff make up for the meagre design selection. I was helped by Ms Priya. She was patient and helped me choose the best frame for my needs. I have had no issue with the lenses too. My experience was satisfactory. I would recommend the place. Quality and price are both good. But if you are looking for smart or unusual design, you won't find it here.

I had a nice experience with Rivoli some years back but today it was even better. Priya who tested my eyes and my wife's was well experienced with pleasant attitude and amazing service. The staff patiently helped my wife to choose the frame and proper lenses and offered the best possible deal on our transaction. Excellent service! Staff was very helpful, polite & accommodating. One of the best customer service experience I had in a long time. Everyone makes you feel comfortable and someone is always asking if they can help you. They give great advice as to whether a pair of frames looks good on you or not. Optometrist was very professional. She is very knowledgeable and again, really a great help picking out the right frame for you. You have a great staff! I have recommended people all the time to you.
