I was expecting to get a call today that both of my glasses will be ready for collection. I got a confirmation the last time I visited the shop that it will be ready and be collected today (Monday) since I will be travelling and I need the glasses. But to my surprised, they call me today and say that only 1 eye glass is readyfor collection! They said that THEIR VENDOR did something on the other eyeglass that cause damage to it. Should the customer suffer from the issue of YOUR VENDOR??? This is disapponting and unacceptable! I need the both paid eye glasses to be ready by 11th March 2025 at 11:00AM!!!

Nice shop for sunglasses 🕶 and optical frames. I visited here with my family and purchased Rayban glasses 👓 for my sons. Variety of products and almost all big brands are available here. Staff are friendly and helpful.

Dear rivoli team I have met the two amazing person in Rivoli eyezone mcc Mohammed and Dr Renuka they both are amazing and professional Dr Renuka carriers good knowledge and was very helpful and very patient to listen to all my problems .
