I bought a Chanel glasses, when I wear them home I figure out they felt twisted on the face, I went to change for a new peace and I saw some yellow sand stuck between plastic and the glass. Well my mistake that I should check thoroughly the product, but from the shop why would you sell some expensive products being took care of so poorly!!

Worst experience ever. Purchased progressive glasses in November 2024 but till now we have not received proper glasses. We have been chasing them for refund as we were finally told that glasses can’t be made in chosen frame. It has been more than 2 weeks now that even refund has not been processed. Highly unprofessional service

I had a very good experience at this store. The whole team is courteous and helpful. I walked in just to take a look and I met Medhat who is so good, friendly, understood my needs and I ended up ordering two pairs of glasses. He is knowledgeable and gave me correct advise, as I have very specific needs. Infact he even called me after I picked up my glasses to check if I am satisfied. Even the optometrist, Dr Anjali is very good, efficient and skilled. She took time to review and advise. This was my first experience at Rivoli eyezone and certainly won’t be my last. Thanks very much 🙏

To be honest, I passed by the store today to get my usual contact lenses and it’s not my first time at their store in Dubai Festival City Mall, first of all the woman who initially greeted me past me onto another staff member because she wasn’t able to assist me, which was what I automatically understood when she handed me over to her colleague. Moving on, I asked about the one pack, which is 60 days contact lens versus the 90 days contact lens pack, and the guy or the man that was helping me was not able to properly. Tell me the prices he had to open the iPad and had to keep me waiting for like two minutes. We’re just awkward silence until he was able to find a prize and then when he was telling me the prices, he would tell me a price higher than the price that I already know, and then he would apologize once I correct him so I just tell it to be honest it was inconvenient for me. I just wanted to pop in get the lenses within five minutes and get out of the store. I am looking for convenience but today I wasn’t offered that and the prices that the store offers are inflated and not according to the market.
