Titan Eye+ Burjuman

This is my second visit to Titan Eye+ in BurJuman Mall for eyeglass repairs, and I am highly satisfied with the service. Both repairs were done free of charge. Special thanks to Mr. Rahul for his professionalism and expertise in handling the repairs. Excellent service—highly recommended!

Divyesh and team is simply fantastic. It's always a pleasure to visit the store and interact with them. The staff is very knowledgeable and courteous. The store has good quality collection at reasonable prices. They are also very prompt in delivery. Last but not the least, they offer very good after sales support. I highly recommend the store.

Had purchased a frame from them back in 2023, and there was an issue with the screws due to which the lens were popping out. Visited the Burjuman store and was assisted by Rahul to help fix the frame and he also cleaned any dirt between the lens and the frame. They also changed the nose pads, all of this was free of charge. A very polite and a professional technician. Appreciate the service🙌🏽

On a recent visit to Dubai I lost one pair of glasses and snapped the frame of my second pair. I met with Camille at the Titan showroom and she found me a frame and got my distance lenses made in 30 minutes! It was such a relief to walk out and see where I was going! 3 days later it occurred to me I should have shown my broken frame which had progressive lenses just in case they could find me a frame, so I went back to the shop and met Hassan who was very welcoming and he found me a match in 10 minutes. I was absolutely delighted. The icing on the cake is Titan has very reasonably prices. Thank you Camille and Hassan. I'm sorry it has taken this long to post this message which relates to my visit on 4/1/25 and 7/1/25.

Warm and great hospitality. They gave us a free glass tightening service. Very nice staffs.

Visited the outlet to resize my watch.. My birthday gift. And SURPRISE..! Staff quickly arranged a cake and made my visit memorable for life. Great Product and great staff. Kudos to the team Titan Eye Burjuman.
