Went for a problem in my eyes, and the prosses went smoothly... DR. Wissam was so helpful and did a lot of tests because i was worried and he make sure that i understand what happens .. i am glad that i visited the hospital.. . The place is so clean even the bathrooms ..

Hello, I’d like to share my feedback on today’s doctor visit. I came in feeling quite worried and uncomfortable, but the whole experience really helped put me at ease. From the reception, to the nurse who took my vitals, to the technician who did my vision check, and finally to the doctor—everyone was kind, professional, and thorough. The vision technician especially took her time with me and made sure I felt comfortable, not rushed. The same care continued with the doctor, who patiently explained my condition and treatment plan in detail. I left feeling reassured, informed, and genuinely cared for. Thank you.

Appointments are scheduled very quickly, and the staff is incredibly helpful and professional. I would definitely recommend coming here.

I visited the hospital yesterday and paid for both a consultation and a sick leave note. The reception assured me that I would receive the sick leave via email. However, it’s been over 24 hours, and I still haven't received anything. I've called four times this morning and keep getting the same excuse: “the doctor hasn’t signed the sick leave.” I paid for this service in advance and expected timely delivery. Now, I find myself unpaid and marked absent at work because I didn’t receive the sick leave. This is an unacceptable level of service, and I would not recommend this hospital to anyone. And now they are not responding to my call anymore

We have met with dr. Elissa Carreras with eye retina specialty. She was very welcoming and helpful where she has provided valuable information and answered all of our questions. We feel very much assured with her approach. We have past experiences with other eye hospitals in and out of the country, however we can confidently say that she has a clear approach and ensures to listen to the patient to clear all uncertainties.
