I had a great experience at Zeiss when purchasing my prescription eyewear. The lens clarity was outstanding, and the use of advanced German technology really stood out. A special thank you to Islam from the management team for the excellent support. I also want to give a heartfelt thanks to Fardeen. His technical knowledge, dedication, and passion for his work were truly impressive. He patiently answered all my questions, helped me understand the options, and guided me through the selection process with such professionalism. Young, polite, knowledgeable, and genuinely passionate — Fardeen made the whole experience smooth. The after-sales service he offered me was equally excellent, with prompt follow up and continued support to ensure my satisfaction.

I recently visited this store for an eye test and ordered a new frame and lenses. My prescription hadn’t changed, but after consulting my LASIK doctor, I was informed that I could undergo the procedure, meaning I no longer needed prescription glasses. I immediately emailed the store—within three hours—to cancel my order, offering to accept store credit instead of a refund. Unfortunately, the store refused to accommodate my request, citing policy. I understand store policies exist, but given the quick cancellation request and the fact that the glasses weren’t made yet, I expected at least some flexibility. Instead, I felt ignored and unfairly treated as a customer. This experience left me feeling robbed. I didn’t expect a full refund, just fair customer service. A reputable business should care about customer satisfaction, but that wasn’t the case here. Disappointed and won’t be returning.

We visited this shop in March 2025 for an eye test required for my driver’s license renewal. The shop had a pleasant ambiance, and the service was efficient. The optician, Mr. Rohit, was friendly, professional, and highly efficient. The entire process was smooth and completed in just 15 minutes!

The best customer experience. This is really the best place if you are looking for professional and expert advice without the commercial pressure. Fardeen has been amazing, he answered all my questions about my new prescription and took the time to test different settings until I was convinced.

But I have to mention the optometrist Fardeen who brought it up to perfection with his high qualifications and skills.
