Cannot voucher for the whole clinic but Dr Mummun Dutta is a great dentist with sure hands and reassuring presence which gives confidence to patients. Her assistant Tabeer is probably one of the gentlest dental nurses I have known. Efficient to boot. Thank you Dr. Munmun and Tabeer

I had my wife and kids dental treatment done by Dr Munmun. She was very nice, gentle and humble with my kids and kids were very confident after the treatment and loved their treatment by her. I will highly recommend for getting dental treatment from Dr munmun and you will not regret it definitely.

Very bad reception.. They told me to wait to get the insurance approval.. Its took more than half an hour, after that i checked with the reception, she told me still not approved.. When I contact my insurance, they told me they didn't recieve any request.. Again I asked the reception regarding this, she told me, for you no need to take approval.. Then why should they make me wait there 40 minutes and more. When ask them, i don't need your treatment anymore, then the other person came and took my papers and proceeded quickly.. They should understand people are coming there not for vacation.. They are coming with sickness and tiredness.. They should understand that.. Very bad

I had a very disappointing experience today. While Dr. Lakshmi was attentive, the receptionist was unorganized and seemed unsure of her role. Dr. Lakshmi had instructed me to return for a follow-up prescription and scan. I arrived at 5:03 pm, and although Dr. Lakshmi hadn’t arrived yet, I informed the receptionist of my reason for being there. She simply asked me to take a seat. The doctor arrived at 5:20 pm, though she was scheduled for 5 pm. After waiting for some time without any updates from the receptionist, I approached her to ask if I could go in, and she said yes. However, the doctor was already with another patient, and I was informed that I needed to register to be seen. By then, three other people were in line, so I had to wait even longer, despite being the first one there. This delay wasn’t my fault, but rather a result of the receptionist’s poor handling of the situation. I had left work early to make this appointment, yet due to your staff’s lack of efficiency, I ended up leaving without seeing the doctor. Please ensure your staff receives the necessary training to manage time and patient flow better.
