I went for my RTA driver's license renewal eye-test. The staff are wonderful and the place is very clean, cosy, and easy to find and navigate. Plenty of parking within the Union Co-op complex.

Woundering how this location has the highest rating, unfortunately, the employee ( Glory johnson ) was so unprofessional with the customer service and may not have basic knowledge in sales or cs. Here are the cases that happend during my services: 1. Unprofrssional act during working hours: through Using here personal phone with loud music or religious lecture that was playing for almost 15 minutes. 2. Misleading the cumstomer of the hidden cost: for rta dilivery charge inwhich she did not notify me that there would be additional cost for the transportation and ibwas shocked during the payment timing. 3. Misguiding the customer for selling products in which i qoute from here " this what i have or elso go to dubai mall", a professional sales person shall always be with the client side and support him as well as convice him to buy. Unfortuatley i made my rta test and left the shop to my buy glasses from other store.

The optometrist (don't know her name but she's Indian)in this branch is the most unfriendly attitude and hated myself to make my glasses with them The examination technique is also not accurate as they use the wall mounted device for checking the vision. Plus my glasses made was the most uncomfortable ones I've ever made. Never recommend this shop to anyone!
