Rivoli EyeZone Optical and Sunglasses Store - The Dubai Mall, Second Floor

I was a customer at Rivoli Dubai hills , the customer service there was amazigh the Arabic doctor was very helpful and she helped me a lot , this time I went to Rivoli dubai mall second floor so I did an eye test with the lady wearing hijab, so she gave me trials and told me to try it and see if it is ok . So I tried it but I wasn’t sure as it wasn’t the lenses that I was wearing before so I went back after 1 week to make sure which correction I do really need , I wasn’t waiting her and she was very very rude she was thinking that I came to ask about trials or playing I was asking her about the right correction so I can ordered it she doesn’t want to tell me which one is the right for me which make me discomfort, so she didn’t take into consideration my eye test I did with her and she didn’t even register it which I find unprofessional then she gave me a trial that I throw because we can’t ply with eyes and giving trials which not my correction. I hope she will be more professional and more responsible because we can’t play with eyes

the shop is above average. the collection is nice but they need more options. the costumer service is good and give you the good advise regarding the product . its just that 3-4 working days to prepare the glasses lenses is too long

Amazing experience with Shakir. I had blurriness from my contacts and I thought I had the wrong prescription. Actually Shakir was the only one to point out that my problem was not the prescription but the dryness of my eyes and gave me a very simple yet effective solution which was simple eye drops. I can back to him months later to buy new glasses because he had proven himself already. After I ordered I received my glasses the next day ! Overall seem-less experience ! I recommend SHAKIR !

One of the worst experience received from Rivoli Eye zone ( Dubai Mall Branch) branch which located next to the Cinema. Management has to really looking into improving some of the Rivoli representatives whom suppose to have Customer Satisfaction course certification to not spoil the brand name. I've been to this particular branch of Rivoli Eyezone a number of times in the past and have always received very good customer service. This time I went by to choose two frames, one for sunglasses and one for prescription lenses. Dr. Shakir Alam was very attentive to what I was looking for and showed me numerous options before I selected two frames that I liked and placed the order with him. Three days later, I went back to collect the frames and at his suggestion I tried them on and tested them. Both were perfect from the get go. The entire experience was incredibly smooth, for which I'd like to praise Dr. Alam. I'd definitely go to this branch again, and will continue to recommend their fantastic service.

The best way to see how good the company is, is to see how they solve the problems. It so happened that the frame I bought from this store had a small manufacturing fault, which I noticed in a week after I bought. I visited the store and they took all needed care, to first try to fix. Then it happened that the fault is something that needs to be taken care of in the factory, they kindly offered me new frame. No hassle, no paperwork, no long waiting. Thank you guys.
