Extremely disappointed, management and staff is very rude One lady at the counter was very negative and unprofessional, she was very rude and did not pass any smile or tried to help us with our payment also the staff was speaking in other language during conversation with customers However the doctor was very helpful but the other staff was very mean. I will definitely not suggest this to anyone and think twice before visiting

attempted to contact Vasan Eye Care today (Sunday) at 11 AM and 12 PM regarding my pharmacy bill. The telephone auto message states that the Sunday working hours are from 10 AM to 5 PM. However, despite multiple attempts, no one attended my call and stating call on working hours. I request you to kindly verify and correct the telephone auto message if there are any discrepancies in the working hours. Additionally, please ensure that calls during working hours are attended to promptly.

I am very thankful to Dr. Rose Mary George, for her sincere dedication, expertise and attention shown to me. She had well explained my report and given advice that need to be taken care. I thank the Vasan eye care management for bringing a Glaucoma specialist onboard.
