I’ve been a client of the Eyes of Wellington for years and usually visit their Courtyard Shops location. However, since my previous optometrist left the practice, I decided to try this location instead. Unfortunately, the experience didn’t live up to my expectations. First, the retail clerk/receptionist seemed more focused on pushing new glasses before I even saw the doctor, which felt presumptuous and unprofessional. Second, and more concerning to me, was the use of the old dilation method instead of a modern retinal scan. This wasn’t disclosed beforehand, and I didn’t appreciate having to deal with the potential side effects of dilation, especially when it comes to driving afterward.

I must say that the Optometrist, staff, products and service are top of the line, and they genuinely create a highly positive customer experience that is fun. New to the area, I placed an appointment online last week, filled out my intake form and received email confirmation right away. Today, I had my exam with Dr. Wolski. She was professional, courteous, patient and extremely thorough in examining my eyes for glasses. Dr. Wolski’s passion for the work she does is very apparent. She truly cares about her patients and their eye health and this is evident in the time she spent conducting my exam. I truly appreciated her expert advice as well as her down-to-earth and personable style of interacting. Kimberly, Stacey and Kendall, opticians, are equally professional and welcoming. Kimberly is a true ambassador of the brands she represents. She was very helpful to me in selecting new eyeglass frames and lenses. Her knowledge and expertise, knowing what frames were actually best for me, was very helpful and I appreciated her candidness. Stacy was thorough in taking measurements, while Kendall verified. Kendall also ensured my transactions were smooth. (I was also very pleased with my current promotional discount!). Overall, I had an exceptionally positive and favorable client experience, and have already made referrals to family members to give them a try. I strongly recommend anyone looking for a good Optometrist to not hesitate to schedule an appointment with Dr. Suzanna Wolski. And, I’m sure you’ll be as pleasantly welcomed and helped by Kimberly, Stacey and Kendall as I was. If nothing else, you will want to check out the quality level of designer frames on display. Tell them Doug sent you.

I had been doing business with this people but since the old owner Ginger left is the worst. The doctor they’ve have is very good but he takes forever and the girls just want to give you excuses for him. I get it his older but that’s not my fault. Then he dilated me and totally forgot about me and they make me the wrong appointment and they want to tell me that he try to accommodate me? This is not the first time I had this issue with this doctor. Then I paid for my glasses and they have the wrong lenses and not the correct prescription. I just ask let stop the business hear because I only walk one lane and the girls try to get me to come back. If guy have a bad experience not once but twice would you go back? I don’t think so. Then they refuse to give me the money back, I had to call the police #1 for my protection because I was at a point where I knew I would off hurt one of them. They ware so rude, and trying to see the doctor again. No , I managed my life nobody else. I won’t recommend this place to nobody.

I’m unsure where to even begin- my entire family have been loyal patients to Dr Collier for over 10 -12 yrs. She is the most amazing Ophthalmologist. I mean words will not suffice how great she is. Knowledgeable, professional, personable and just hands down the only doctor we see for our familial ophthalmology needs. Unfortunately- I am unable to provide a rating separately for the facility which is why this review is 1 star. Long story short- we misunderstood the insurance benefits and spent $243 on 2 frames that were 100% covered had we understood our benefits better(hey, it happens to us all lol). Frames, lenses, blue light, etc… Hieidi was the sales representative. Once we realized we had coverage and what that entailed(within 1hr), we called to ask for that to be reimbursed and utilize the benefits that the insurance covered. She told us it was too late and that the script was sent to the lab and there was nothing that could be done about it. She proceeded to basically attempt to tell us that’s what we want so that’s the line in the cement. As I attempted to communicate with her, she was very aggressive and spoke over me, not allowing me to get a word in- using words like,”yea, uh huh, yea okay, you had blue light, it’s to late”- all in the midst of me speaking to her- literally as I am talking she’s talking. We asked her if she could explain our benefits and she told us we needed to call the insurance company which was odd because prior to this little mishap- she was the one telling us what our allowable was. Very eager for the sale. My husband standing there was on speaker phone attempted to speak with her in which she did the same thing to him. Talking very harshly and over speaking him as if we were second class citizens. I then got back on the phone to speak, as she was on speaker phone to now ask for a manager because this can not be how business is conducted. She was speaking in such a condescending tone, words can not describe the feeling of frustration that started to ensue as we, a family of 5 have never experienced this before with ForEyes in over 10 years- having purchased glasses, contact lenses several times before. As she spoke with such aggression I heard her mention there’s only an assistant manager today and we can call tomorrow because the manager is the only person who could correct the issue. I then asked for the assistant manager. I had to ask 3-4 times to speak to the assistant manager because she would not even oblige in that request until I has to basically insist I’d have to dispute the charges because she is forcing this sale when we are asking to please cxl before it gets to far along. After 15 mins of being insulted by Hieidi on the phone- she places us on like a 5 min hold to get Estevan who is the assistant manager. He was very helpful after taking time to listen. He heard our concerns and was immediately able to address them. Refunding the money that Hieidi was attempting to strong arm by attempting to prevent us from getting the assistance we needed. We were on the phone for 31 mins to get a manager and a refund. That’s unacceptable as I am also in the middle of my work day. Hieidi is the sales representative and this is how she reflects the company she works for. I would never want to take my prescription to them - if it wasn’t for Dr Collier. Our family would definitely find another Ophthalmologist because today was by far the absolute worst experience we have ever had. Taking advantage of people when in a position to help is saddening. Guess what- we went from $248 for two - to only spending $22.40 on one. (We completely returned the other frames for full context).

Kimberly & Kendall are both amazing! They've been extremely helpful, and helped me acquire an amazing pair of prescription glasses for an amazing deal. Not to mention that they're both extremely intelligent , and have immense background knowledge of their fields. Major shoutout to them both!

BUYER BEWARE! Please do no not buy from this place unless you are 100% sure you want the glasses. They take 7-10 days to give you the glasses and no time to genuinely know if the glasses are a good fit for you. Their return policy is nowhere posted in the store and does not state that the return policy is from date of purchase or from when receiving goods. We will be reporting them to BBB, FTC, and disputing the charges with our bank. I will also post on all social media channels and contact Channel about your practices. A return policy is not posted anywhere in the store. The first time we saw it was when we asked for their exchange policy. We'll also be contacting Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services.

I have purchased a few pairs of Costa sunglasses from a few different Eyes of Wellington store locations and the experience has been completely satisfactory. Customer service is excellent and the prices are even better. They have also helped me repair a pair of broken frames and the team there made the fix easy and affordable. Best of all it’s a family owned business and they are growing fast!! 100% recommend!!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS BUSINESS!!!! THEY ARE A SCAM!!! We bought Cartier glasses from them and they were defective. We were told they would have to order new frames from Europe and they would be in, in a week. WE WAITED 2 MONTHS!!!! They gave EXCUSE AFTER EXCUSE as to WHY it was taking MORE THAN A WEEK!!! They tell me the glasses are FINALLY in!!! I went in and they were NOT the same frames they were smaller and LESS OF A COST!!! They REFUSED TO GIVE A REFUND, they REFUSED to expedite the CORRECT FRAME from Europe. Instead they told me they would cut away at the original lenses to make it fit into the smaller LESS EXPENSIVE frame….and ultimately NO REFUND for a good that wasn’t fulfilled!!!! They are ripping people off! They are a scam!!! Ginger is inept and had NO SOLUTION and deflected THEIR FAILURE to provide a CORRECT and QUALITY product to a customer…instead BLAMED THE CUSTOMER!!! We will be reporting them DIRECTLY to Cartier and advise them to PULL EYES OF WELLINGTON ‘CON’ STORE off of their authorized sellers list. DO NOT BUT ANYTHING FROM THIS STORE!!!
