I lost my specs in the water at the beach and I have a very high power. When I called Optivio via Google and explained my issue, Mahesh was extremely helpful and understanding. He told me he could get it done in half an hour. I sent him my power details and my original frame, he managed to get a similar frame as well. I'm on my way back to my office party with a new pair of specs now!!! Such incredible service, thank you so so much <3

Thq very much for the quick response so happy with service got nice frame and required lens were unfortunately lost mine. within in 20 mns got the delivery.as Iam tourist he managed to give according to my urgency and need.So happy ☺️ with the service.

On Christmas morning yesterday, after my shower I sat on my bed & guess what I sat on my spectacles ,as a mumbaikar had come to Goa for a family holiday, so had to check on Google where to get it fixed ,came across OPTIVIO EYE CARE CENTRE ,I called them & they were very polite on the call and offered me to get my glasses fixed ,I went to there shop & my work was done in 5 minutes. Mr Patil was very polite , courteous.i received the best of customer service at his shop .I highly recommend this centre for eyecare related issues. Thanks 🙏🙏
