Lenskart.com at Dabolim, Goa

Excellent customer service from Nikita. It was our first time getting glasses from Lenskart and she made our experience so smooth and quick. I was indecisive as to which frame to choose but she was soo lovely to offer us a variety of different frames that matched my face structure. Even helped us get the best deal by offering us their membership. Thank you Nikita for making our experience a one to remember.

Even after they gave free replacement I am better off without their specs. They don't have the expertise. Huge disappointment. You may their frames but don't ever get your glasses done with them. Our old regular opticians are thousand times better. Instead of sorting out or refunding they closed the so called request when actually it's a complaint. So I have to live with poor vision and strained eyes or bear the loss and get new ones made elsewhere. The worst thing is that now they are blaming my doctor who has given me 10 yrs flawless eye prescriptions instead of admitting their lack of expertise

I was sold the package and even though I bought 3 specs for my family members they gave single bill causing rejection in my mediclaim. Now they are not giving me seperate bills.

Update April2025: I finally got a replacement for my specs from a Bangalore branch and I'm happy with the product, but the real concern is when the bangalore branch informed me that they can upgrade my lens to 3-Steps better then the current lense I was using. Upon discussion I found out that Dabolim Lenskart had charged me on a heigher end and gave me something cheap. So this is actually not about lenskart it's only about this particular brach. Playing with people's health and money won't get you better business 😡 October 2024:I have been a regular lenskart user for almost 10+ years, and it used to be my go to brand for my eyes, I have always shopped online from their site. But this is the first time I have taken a spectacle from the dabolim branch, the first one I took got loose and had to be replaced within a few weeks, later I got an exchange from lenskart and got a new one, but it's the same issue again!!! Is this seriously the lenskart??? Never recommending nor going here again, Highly disappointed ☹️

It was a very pleasant visit to the lenskart store... Salesgirl Roopa ....she was good at her work she guided me and helped me to find the perfect frame... Overall satisfied with the service...
