Very good doctor , very experienced. I got my cataract surgery done here , very happy with the result .

My Father had cataract surgery in the 1st week of Oct 2024. The surgeon is exceptionally good at his job and humble, however, his staff does not have any work culture or ethics. Sadly, Dr. Prasanna has a negative review due to his recruitment process and the type of staff in his clinic. Dr, please understand that senior citizens and the elderly are the ones who suffer from cataracts and you should make sure that they are not traumatized by your staff. Also, your staff are so rude that they talk as if you are doing a favor. One of my family members had cataract surgery recently and had to come for follow for which your staff mentioned that it would not be possible without a token number and if the patient has to leave early then he has to go early and sit. Please tell me one thing sir, senior citizens with medical illnesses are expected to go and sit for hrs? Also, isn't it a protocol to give preference to existing patients who have been operated on and need medical advice? It's very sad that you being such a renowned doctor, are not able to keep up good service. Your front office/receptionist is the face of your product, please change your staff before existing patients stop referring you.

Doctor is good. But staff is very rude n indiscipline.
