Parulekar Eye Hospital

The doctor is very good but the staff there, especially the girl sitting at the reception, is very useless, she has no way of talking, I don't know what she thinks of herself, When we talks to her, she remains on her phone the whole time and talks without making eye contact. She remains on the phone the whole time. I went there only for the doctor because I know that the doctor is very good but I am very disappointed with the girl at the receptionist's place who is not fit to work there, she has to sit at home and use her phone.

How impolite can a doctor be with his patients. Does it suit his profession. Nose in the air attitude. I would certainly not recommend this eye clinic to anybody. Very unhappy with the service provided.

The staff's behaviour is too rude towards the patients.. They don't give any proper details... They make the patient feel very uncomfortable...no politeness very rude....not recommended at any cost🙏🙏
