Beware of this optics shop.Please dont go here. Worst quality in entire margao.No wonder thier ratings are so pathetic.Given a choice i would give them a rating of negative. Got a frame here costing around 2k,after two months the glass started coming out.Took it to them.They said they will repair it.When i went to collect they have just messed it up big time.There was so much gap between the frame and one of the glass.Quietly the lady gave it to me.When i checked and asked her she said she was supposed to tell me.Worst people cant trust them.Pathetic service.After screaming they said they will repair it again and told me they will call.Along with this specs i had even given one more specs for which the temple holder was broken.They said its 200 rs.I agreed and gave that also. Next day when i went to get the specs again they gave me the specs with the same issue. Also i was more irritated as for the other specs the rim holder what they put was damaged. Worst experience,never ever go there.Hope and wish they close down their shop soon rather than cheating and troubling.Wish God does something and closes their shop soon and save people from the all this trouble.Its our hard earned money which these people cheat and take.

Absolutely pathetic service. The lady who attended us didn't take no measurements, just simply took the doctor's card, showed us some frames and then asked us to pay. When we received our glasses, at first when I wore my pair of glasses it seemed fine to me as a first timer, but when my mum who has been wearing glasses for a couple years, wore her pair it immediately struck as a problem. She called them first to inquire and the lady simply said that since it's a new pair of glasses it'll take some time to get used to them, when my mum went to store the lady said the exact same thing and sent my mum back. As for me, I am now facing a shit load of problems with these said glasses, the temple holder on the left is incredibly loose and the glasses just don't seem to sit, I have to adjust them every couple minutes if I want to maintain my comfort. And the worst part? This glasses sure as hell weren't cheap. So to hell with these dimwits, because making glasses ain't their cup of tea.

This place is a scam. Please avoid going to this place. They cheated my mom who is 75years old of 5000 rupees on 8jan 2024 as she had given her glasses to change as there were scratches on it.when she went to pick them up they gave her the same glasses without changing the lens . Poor mom showed me ,to go to see they did not send her glasses to the workshop and just handed the same to her.when I rang them no apologies as if they doing us a favour saying bring the glasses and we will send them to change. When I asked for the owners number they refused to give me. Maybe I"l have to go to the police and complain now. This pure cheating. If the owner can see this review please check the CCTV on 8jan2024 @16:00 pm and see for yourself.

made a progressive lens glasses for me, and they did not take a proper measurement of the lens and frame, and now i am facing problem reading nearby. i need to lift the frame up above my eyebrows to read. very unprofessional and inexperienced.

Worth of no stars at all. This is my recent experience. I made glasses for my daughter yesterday most cheap quality not worth a rupee looks as if frame out of garbage but charged me Rs. 3600/-. Whoever is reading kindly don't go to this place even by mistake. They will get their punishment from God.

Wish I had read the review already posted it would have saved me a lot of time and money! Asked for light lenses .. they were not . Asked to be measured for correct lens fitting before and after receiving the glasses and told it was not necessary. Result thick lenses that did not sit within the frame and uncomfortable vision (varifocals) Glasses dumped and had to get new pair on my return to UK

I don't understand how this place would even deserve 3 stars. I would not recommend this place to anyone. They don't understand the meaning of customer service.My mother ordered 2 frames with lens, one of them was promised by the 18 december.The very next day my mother found out that she has to undergo cateract surgery and would need lens with different power.I contacted the optician and explained the whole situation.I was told to ring in a few minutes .After a couple of rings I was told I could not cancel the order as my mother has requested delivery by Monday. We accepted as we could understand that we asked to express the order. Now the order did not arrive on the 18 as promised. We were not called or informed of the delay and this resulted in a wasted trip to margoa more importantly the time and the inconvenience as my mum requested it for a wedding we had on the 19.After the surgery I rang Agnelo optician again to inquire if I could change the lenses of the frames, it seems to be a drill where you have to keep ringing them with the order number only to be told to ring again.The lady bluntly mentions a few times that we would need to pay for the new lenses and does not even wait to listen to what I enquiry is. The service is pathetic as they don't seem to value customer service.
