Loved every frame they had on display there. If you’re looking for some trendy and fashionable frames do visit Avi’s Opticians store. They deal with lenses, frames, sunglasses etc. They also have an optometrist on board in case you need an eye check up. Their staff is super friendly and knowledgeable and will guide you and help you select frames according to your needs. Definitely visiting again 🙌🏻

I'll give you my two cents: just avoid visiting this store. You'll save yourself a significant amount of money and won't fall victim to the theatrics that these people play on their customers. To provide additional context, two of my relatives purchased spectacles here. Surprisingly, both of their purchases turned out to be a complete waste of money. The elderly woman who claims to be an "expert' is just a saleswoman in a white coat. Slandering other ophthalmologists in Margao is what she does best. If you go here, they will somehow make you buy and avail yourself of most of their overpriced products. There is little to no proper communication with customers regarding which glasses have certain advantages or perks. This makes naive people easy targets for them, causing a few thousand rupee glasses to turn into several thousands. You end up spending a lot. Speaking of their after-sales service, it's very poor in general. They don't know how to talk to their customers. And guess what? Regarding their so-called "five-star reviews", many of these are coerced from staff or forced by customers. I wouldn't be surprised if the staff or management themselves are giving out five stars. Don't get taken away when reading all the positive reviews. There are much better opticians nearby that one can visit.

I had an amazing experience with the service! I received my new glasses within just a few hours, and the team was incredibly helpful. The optician, whose name I unfortunately forgot to ask, provided valuable insights about my eye health and offered great tips. After losing my glasses in the sea earlier that day, having a new pair by nightfall truly saved my trip to Goa. I highly recommend this place for their quick and attentive support!

Great variety of glasses and shades! They also offer customised color changing glasses which caught my attention, found them to be very unique! They have an array of formal to funky frames along with sunglasses! Must try if you’ll are looking for options in frames.

Excellent service at Avi's Opticians, Madgaon. We were searching for a place to get our son's high myopia glasses made with same day delivery, as he had lost his specs to the waves. Right from the first call to the visit to the shop, to the interaction with the staff, particularly optometrist Chitra it was a good experience . The staff were helpful in selecting the right frames , and Chitra shared insights into the importance of selecting the right lenses. We got the glasses within a few hours as promised by them.

Very nicely explained the features of lenses available and helped me in deciding my requirement. Very good collection of frames.

**Please dont get your eyes checked from this store** The staff is polite and professional but I did a mistake by getting my wife's eyes checked from them. They measured a wrong number for her eye. Soon after ahe started using the glasses her eye muscles started paining. When we complaint to the store they told that eye will take time to adjust for this new number. But even after using it for 1 month now the pain has only increased. Ultimately we had to go to an eye doctor to test the number again and get new lenses. The new lens feels comfortable to her. Please get your eyes tested only by a doctor. Stay safe!!
