Dr Basil Yuri Eye Clinic

An experienced Ophthalmologist. I had to rush to him in an emergency situation. Had a thorough check and prescribed medication and was advised to return for follow up in 7 days. On the second visit I was advised by the lady at the reception that there were 2 or 3 patients before me. But after the 3rd patient, an elderly gentleman was given a priority and was examined, to which I didn't bother due to the age of the gentleman. Then the receptionist prioritised another patient who had come much much after me, to which I asked her and the answer was " you are here for a followup".... Does this mean the Doctor prioritises patients who are firstcomers then the follow-up patients??? Or is the receptionist playing with the sequence??? Was she prioritising on religious lines??? SHAMEFUL, I just walked out of the clinic. Patients should watch this receptionist, ensure that she doesn't play with the sequence during your visit. Not sure if Dr Yuri is aware of what's going on at & with his receptionist...

Please post a notice on the clinic door that conjunctivitis patients are not allowed in your clinic.... First of ol, my mom wasn't sure if it was conjunctivitis. She had a fall n there's pain in the ear also.... Dr. Basil din even examine her and told her to stay away n told the staff to take her out of the cabin.... He was not even ready to listen to what she was saying...... Close your clinic and sit at home... Shame on you.... Please dont visit this doctor by any chance. Please.... On top he charged my mom to just sit on his clinic chair.. This is not the way you treat the patients. Don't forget ur a doctor......

Rushed in emergency n i was pleased that I was treated without appointment.....Thx doctor n staff...🙏

Nobody picks up the phone. Was calling the whole day.
