I visited the Margao showroom and was adviced by Vidya. The staff is polite and they have a great range of sunglasses to choose from. Happy with my Vogue sunglasses purchase!

The staff are very courteous and friendly. I got my eyes checked and tested with positive and honest results.

What is the point of it all if nobody ever picks up the phone on the 3 numbers we have dialled and the Google maps takes us to a derelict building opposite Chef Rodwins cafe.

Bought spectacle along with zeiss rx photo fusion lenses and I am very happy with the product and would advise others to try it out as well

I must admit that Lawrence and Mayo has one of the greatest frame materials, and the lenses are also of the highest calibre. In addition, the customer service was first-rate. The way the sales assistants were treated in front of the clients, however, was the only thing that dissatisfied me. Such haughty and domineering behaviour from a manager who was on duty. I'd like to request the management to treat the staff with respect and refrain from yelling at them in front of the store's customers.

Poor customer service. The glasses were promised in 5 days!. But still on the 5th day they were not ready. Apparently the glass was at another showroom in Goa and they did not have a delivery guy available....had to wait an additional two days. When will Lawrence and Mayo understand that the people need their glasses urgently? Lazy staff.

Visited them in March cause I broke my glasses as many of you may have while partying in Goa. I had a completely hassle free experience. Got new glasses in less than 2 days and placed an order for contact lenses which I later picked up in Bombay. I'm in Gurgaon now and I picked up contact lenses again from the local L&M store here. They maintain customer records so well and access them so seamlessly. Also they're everywhere! I'm so satisfied with this brand and the experience I had with them in Goa, I just had to post this late review after 4 months.
