I had a great experience at Lenskart Margao. Ram and Divya were incredibly helpful and professional throughout our visit. They assisted with the eye tests for me, my mom, and dad with patience and care. I truly appreciated Divya’s honesty and integrity, while selecting glasses for my dad, she noticed signs of cataract and advised me not to proceed with new glasses immediately. Instead, she suggested consulting an eye doctor first. It’s rare to come across such sincere advice, especially when they could have easily just gone ahead with the sale. Her knowledge and kind approach made us feel very comfortable and cared for. Thank you, Divya and Ram, for your excellent service! Keep up the good work..

Friendly and attentive staff. Good variety. They do a free eye test and checkup

The staff is helpful. But the guy who checks the eyes is never available and even if he is , one has to wait for a long time. It happened to me 4 times. I simply chose to go elsewhere

Pathetic service specially at this store, please hire someone who knows how to speak properly & can do the job. The girl who was supposed to do the eye test doesn’t have manners & denied checking inspite making a request & there was time as well to close.

Today i visited a store and trust me the service i got in this store by sales staff nikita gaonkar was just amazing . must visit this store because the store staffs are really good and helpful.

Very disappointed with the store. I had ordered for 3 pair of glasses and I chain. Billing was done together. During final delivery they did not give the chain. On calling the store the lady at the store was arguing with me and slammed the phone. It's a prepaid order and why is my chain kept at the store? She has taken all the bills. Is this the kind of service lense card gives. Are your people not trained to talk to customers? I hope someone will call me.

Horrible staff. They don't explain the policies thoroughly. They are just like mannequins standing and increasing their sales. Please do some throught research about lenskart policies and terms before buying. Staff gives half information. Ultimately loss for us, since we are paying.
