Lenskart.com Flagship Store at Margao, Goa

I went to this store to get my glasses ( bought from Lenskart ) adjusted. After waiting for a while I called the staff who was standing around if he could adjust the glasses for me ? After having a look at them he told me there were no technician to do this and asked me to come back. I think this level of service is unacceptable.

Hassle free free eye checkup available. Staff is very courteous and I was attended by Vaibhav with right suggestions and Rohit did the checkup. He was very patient and took good care for slight eye discomforts.

I recently purchased two pairs of varifocal, progressive, transition spectacles from Lenskart, opposite the Bus Stand in Margao. The service at the store was exemplary, the staff very helpful. My glasses were due to take 7 days to prepare. In fact, they took 3 days. The quality of the spectacles was high and I was very pleased with my purchases. I highly recommend this store.

The staff at this Lenskart store seriously need to change their attitude when attending to customers. They show zero interest in assisting and act as if they are doing a favor by selling specs. Instead of being polite and helpful, their tone and body language come off as rude and dismissive. The way they talk, the expressions they make while speaking—it’s as if they don’t care whether a customer buys or not. No one wants to shop in a place where they feel unwelcome. If Lenskart wants to retain customers, they need to train their staff on basic customer service skills and professionalism. Extremely disappointing experience. Wouldn’t recommend visiting unless the attitude of the staff improves!

I was told that I will get my glasses in one week I have been waiting for the call finally I went to the store after 11 days and the glasses were lying there. No one bothered to inform me and when I asked why didn't inform all of them were looking at my face. Bad service

Nitan the staff at Lenskart was very rude. While Nitin was speaking to my husband, he went to serve another customer that came after us. No apologies, no request me, no manners at all. Lenskart missed a big order from us, as we walked out. Very disappointed with customer service. Isn’t it first come, first served or tell us to please excuse them for a few minutes ? Even the customer had no manners.
