Very helpful and experienced staff- been visiting this store since pre-pandemic and they have always provided my prescription lenses to a very high quality with a good range of frames. There was an issue with one of the lenses that came back with scratches on them from the manufacturer but this was not a problem as they sent them back to replace. Very quick service with glasses made up and ready to collect within 5-7 days.

The service was very quick & within the time frame. Best part is that they give a spare spectacles option if there is a delay. Good work & wide range of branded frames are available.

My wife's glasses got scratches and we went to Turakhia to get a fresh pair. They did not give new glasses after check-up and suggested that she visit an eye doctor. We did so and new numbers were given and some tests were advised for glaucoma. We gave the prescription to Turakhia and they made glasses accordingly. There were problems. We visited Turakhia and then the doctor again. Some changes were made to the numbers. Turakhia replaced the glasses and now all is well. She can see properly. Sachin was extremely helpful. He helped us find the perfect frames and when we needed to exchange the lens from the old frame he promised us next day delivery service but provided it within the same day.

Its a nice place to buy spects as well power sunglasses also contact lenses. Friendly behaviour all of them. Huge collections of international brands. People must visit here. Its near by Margao KTC bus stand. Parking facilities are there. The best things its timing. Morning 9.30 only its opend.
