*1/5 stars* "Extremely disappointing experience at lensekart khorlim Mausa Branch I visited the store just before closing time and was refused service by the staff at the cash counter, despite only needing to purchase contact lenses. The staff's attitude was unhelpful and unfriendly. Closing time is understandable, but a little courtesy and customer service would go a long way. Unfortunately, I won't be returning to this store. Pathetic behavior from the staff!"

Really good outlet. The salespeople are kind and not rude, there's a lot of variety in the frames on display. They also offer free repairs for glasses purchased from them (only for light stuff, as per my experience) as well as offer insurance on purchase. So all in all, pleasant experience.

Calling the store from morning. There is no response. Even the customer care is not attending. Pathetic service

Excellent service. Choice is a bit less compared to the bigger stores but the staff helped me to a whole new level. I was going to make a huge mistake of buying a frame which wouldn't support my power. Because of Pratiksha's advise I was saved. Team lenskart well done. Keep it up.
