One of the worst optical store I came across in Panjim. The owner is highly unprofessional. Not ready to accept his fault. I gave a frame to replace the lenses and I received the same frame with cracks. The owner used adhesive glue to stick the damaged frame. He said ur frame is very fragile and so it got broke while fixing the lenses. If my frame was fragile why did the owner even try to fix the frame why not wait for the customer and tell the customer about the consequences of replacing the leses.
