Appointment system should be changed, should be able to take Appointment on phone rather taking physically.

Excellent Eye Surgeon.. And an outstanding human being... This 5 star Review is for the skills, attitude and behavior of Dr.. Time management by office staff is not good.. Needs improvement..

Dr.Khandeparkar is good. Patients management system is wrost. Receptionist require proper training. Also they should improve on the timing for giving appointments. It's a wastage of Patients timing to seat outside. And above that Patients have to come early morning to take number and after receiving number also you have to wait for minimum 1 hours. Irrespective of your condition. If you kid along you the also you have to wait

Don't even deserve one star. Worst appointment system ever. Its been a month I have been trying to get an appointment but everytime the arrogant receptionist says the appointments are full.

Doctor is very nice but the receptionist needs to be thrown out of this clinic, shows attitude when something asked and appointment system is a scam they send people inside how they want to.. we sitting here for more than 1hour is of no use and appointment also no use kind of thing. Badly treated by the receptionist and thy dont even deserve one star.

Dr. Shweta is such a sweet soft spoken person makes her patients feel comfortable n at ease.

Dr is very very best but receptionist are not support properly during appointment.. Not behaviour proper with customer Appointment system is not good.

Very disappointing!! The receptionist does not pass information properly. Rather hangs up the phone even if the person is talking. At least pass the information properly so that we can take appointments according to your time schedules.
