Do not get your eye test here. I went to order glasses and thought it’d be fine to get my eye test here and also order a pair of glasses in the same visit. But the technician and his assistant who I think he was trying to train got my prescription quite wrong. When I told the lady assistant that the far vision for me is still blurry she didn’t do anything. My glasses were ordered with the incorrect prescription. Since I was nervous my prescription was incorrect, 2 days later I went to see an outside optometrist. Lenskart incorrectly prescribed the power and axis for each eye. After discussing with them now they’ll let me do an exchange of the lenses for free. I’ll update my review after everything is sorted. ***Update*** I received my glasses and am satisfied with them. So I am changing my star rating from 1 to 2. Come with a proper prescription from an optometrist and don’t necessarily trust the free eye test they offer at this location.

The Store had Great ambience, the staff who attended me was very helpful and friendly. The service was very good and fast without any disappoint. ☺️

I recently purchased 2 spectacles from lenskart store in Ponda, Goa. I was disappointed since even after purchasing 2 spectacles I wasn't provided with carry as complimentary and the store was charging us ₹10 for each bag. It would be appreciated if the store provides complimentary spectacle cleaning spray bottle for first time customers and also for the ones who make more than 1 purchase. Please pass on these feedback to your higher authority.
