Tolani Eye Hospital & Research Centre

My experience with the Tolani I hospital was very terrible and it is been occurred 3 to 4 times with me I visited for the my follow up check up and they are given time and mention time is. till 6:15 p.m. in the evening and I reached at the hospital at the before. after that they didn`t allow me to the go inside and and they said we are closed now and doctor will not take you up. I said why because I am on the time so they said you should come early and this is not a timing so I just ask to them please I just want to talk with the doctor after the talk with the doctor she said me that this timings are the old. I just ask her please change the timing so she told me that, are your eyes burst or torn I will not allow you and I will not check any more if you come tomorrow then also I will not check you. Very rude behavior of staf and doctor. I think doctor`s first priority should be their patient. I think in this charge you can any other doctor in the town.

Very good doctor lady giving service at negligible rates as this is a trust run hospital. Very well maintained facility too.

In the bustling corridors of the eye hospital, I found myself navigating a maze of emotions and uncertainty. Patients shuffled in, their eyes betraying a mix of hope and apprehension. Amidst this backdrop, I encountered a peon whose demeanor chilled me to the bone. His eyes, devoid of warmth, scanned the waiting room with an air of superiority, as if daring anyone to disturb his realm. When I approached him for assistance, his response was nothing short of disdainful. With a sneer, he informed me that he could only help those who slipped a few bills into his palm. Shocked and dismayed, I watched as he scribbled down names on a tattered piece of paper, the ink smudged with the corruption of his greed. It was a stark reminder of the pervasiveness of corruption and the lengths some would go to exploit vulnerability. In the presence of such darkness, I couldn’t help but wonder how many others had fallen victim to his malevolent grasp, their hopes dashed against the rocks of his avarice. As I left the eye hospital that day, I couldn’t shake the feeling of unease that lingered like a shadow, a testament to the darkness that lurked within the corridors of supposed healing.

Doctor is very much experienced, skilled and professional. Overall it's nice. New case rs. 120 Timing: Case timing 9am to 11.30 am 5pm to 6.15 pm Pros : - Parking available - spacious and somewhat clean, drinking water available. - Handling patient with good tone and explanation. Cons: - No phone booking available for outsiders. - Needs time when you go for a check-up. - No clue in what to do and where to go...no clear instructions mentioned. - Everytime needs to ask the the person who is managing the patient about what to do next.

The worst experience. Peon is arrogant and peon decides if registration is to be done or not and directs registration staff accordingly . Person sitting at registration does not bother. I came well within time yet registration was denied even after being told that it is Saturday . They are arrogant with no humanity. I came here by 5.30 am and informed registration person that closing time is 6.15 pm yet he denied to register.

Good hospital, affordable charges and skilled and professional doctor. But only problem is with Registration counter which opens around 9:30 am instead of scheduled time of 9:00 am because the lady arrives late. And if a patient gets late even by 5 mins, they don't allow them to consult the doctor.

I was very much satisfied with the dental treatment given to me by Dr. Meena Agrawat. She knows very well how to handle & manage patient's queries and their worries. She's very good in her work but at the same time she is very polite & patient too...with a good ear and an eye to detail.
