The experience for eye test at lenskart is I must admit satisfying,the staff their behaviour,their ability to answer the question of customer is very 👍
Fast & Hassle-Free Service – Eye tests, frame selection, and delivery are smooth and quick.
No one in staff can understand customer requirements. Ordered 2 glasses and not received as per requirement. After waiting of 4 days wrong material glasses received. Even they not asked about membership at the time of purchase and add 300 rs. for membership in bill without customer acknowledgement. And at the time of refund they deny to refund 300 rs. of membership and told me that membership will remain available and as it is. However after leave the shop I checked the application and found membership cancelled. Worst customer service experience I ever faced.
