staff behaviour good and waiting area also good i recommend this hospital the hospital very net and clean staff is very co-operative my point of view this is best hospital they are very careful as specially for children...i give you 5 out of 5 as my opinion.. Thank you Dr. Saurabh Kapoor..

Very good experience with Dr. Saurabh Kapoor who is very good by nature and they take care of all patients very carefully. Even the doctor was out of station they had solve my father problem pain in eye.

Akash eye hospital doctor may be good result of operation are good but management and working process are too much bad. but due too their system of checking patient is very bad,, before doctor meeting there’s are 3 unprofessional person checking the patient one by in different room ,, due this patient feel very irritated and feeling to fear like too much serious problems of eye… patient irritated..Nothing meaningful of this type system after all, doctors do same then why waste of time of patient and others

I went to get my eye numbers checked and I had a very good experience with the hospital staff and the hospital. This time also I showed the number of my son's eyes here and I was very happy with the result. The behavior of the staff of the hospital is very much like a family so we also have faith in them that no one has come to a wrong place. The staff is very cooperative. Hospital and staff are 5 out of 5 stars from me.

If google provides me to negative rating then I can give -5 star for hospital's registration process and staff. They are not practicle if someone lost his/her old case file but they are very greedy about to 200 Ruppes. They forced me to open new case file. After sitting 3 hours, when my turn came to see the doctor, they said doctor went to OPD department, so you should to wait untill 6PM. I havr arrived 11 AM and if I have to see the doctor then I have to wait for another 7 hours. Is their any logic? - If doctor is not capable to attend all the patients then why they make new registration? - Very unprofessional behaviour at reception who is sitting that girl and register new/old cases. - They thinks we are customer not a patient who seeks urgent and good service. Always give priority to money but not to patient's time and issues. - I have booked my appointment and Next day I arrived at given time but they took me inside after 3 hours for checking and another process. What's meaning to take an appointment prior? Do they understand value of time? Do they know meaning of an appointment?🤔 - I have seen another patient who are sitting on the benches and waited almost 2 hours and they also not happy with this system. If this one still continues then you can see patient's low ratio after few years. - Bathroom/ toilet facility is very bad and unhygienic. - Please train your staff how to deal and communicate with patients. Hospital Management has to look after above points for better process. I would recommend please don't go this hospital. If you are happy to kill your valuable time then its your choice. Staff is unprofessional and not trained. Doctor checking process is good but be ready to face these unavoided problems which make you frustrated and annoyed 😒. Thanks for reading my detailed review.
