Third class staff not able to understand the situation I m going to take appointment for my 84 year old mother she not able to seat long time and wait. That's way I request to reception to take your fees and give me approx time to take her as per time. They said take them here and than take appointment and wait for your turn. I request to clear vision authority to pls take some care and some humanity and train your staff to behave with patient like human.

There was cataract sergery for my father in last week. There was one thing that dispoint me is they don't telecast live operation over screen for relatives of patient. Patient life is very important and cataract is also important surgery about changing lense and all. Requesting you to start telecasting live operation.

I visited this hospital 5 years ago and thet was my first time to get I checked. But The person who checked my numbers was so disrespectful and Rude. When He was checking and puting lenses to check. I asked him to put the previous lense again for confirmation which lense I feel the best. So He was Like " Pehle Jab wo lense lagaya tab kya ho gaya tha tumko".

I visited for general check up. Hospital is good but some important remark regarding payment. They demand only cash for payment. They neither accept online payment nor cards. Also, they didn’t provide me receipt of the payment but I had to ask for it. Hospital should improve payment facility.

Staff is not much polite but ok And Concession rates on saturday, besides this main doctor never comes for checkup. Not much friendly with team. Doctor are bit rude amd egoist. Not much good for eye surgery

Doctors are very co_operative. hospital is very spacious clean n neatwith good respect.polit reply by staff and doctors.best service at affordable price.

Overall good But they need to start online payments atlist And also introduce main doctor atlist who is doing operation

I have vary bad experience with Dr as well as staff, they were denied to take a case because I went his clinic at 7:49pm, and after discussion with Dr he said that there are many Dr in our area, please concern with him, so ridiculous answer given nu Dr. , I never recommend any person to go there.
