Very careless approach towards senior citizen. I don't suggest anyone to get operations done. The response from the team further strengthen my opinion about the careless approach and this place is no more trustworthy. We went to the retina specialist because you missed checking retina readiness for operation inspite of our regular and frequest visit to hospital before the operation dates and Dr Rathod was not available, so checkups were done by his team. The patient is not ready for the operation was found by Dr Rathod on the day of operation and he was humble enough to share the truth. The new team members associated with Dr Rathod are just spoiling his good image and trust we have. The nurses are kind, and so is Dr. Anshi Rathod; he explains everything to you so perfectly and slowly! Overall, a superb experience, wholeheartedly recommended if you seek a good eye hospital in Ahmedabad!

Very poor doctors team and team lead. Poor diaognasis. Bad experience. Never go there and will not suggest anyone.! Thank you for accepting that there is a problem, that too at last stage when operation had to start. This could have been avoided if initial diagnosis, which was not done properly and total negligence of your team! It is not the matter of frustration, but faith, that too of elderly, how blindly puts on you and your team. We had to consult top retina specialist to confirm the seriousness, and it is serious indeed, which I informed your team lately, and, which your team did not diagnosed, untill you indicated it at last moment!!! Patient had to suffer for 2 days, following your rude staff's instructions, putting eye drops, costing blurl vision and all in vain. It costs - medicine cost, travel cost, consultation cost and after taking all efforts, you gently say "there is a problem". Why was that problem not diagnosis in last few consultation?? Need to introspect!!!
