Poor Service. I had bought progressive glasses worth value of 28,000 Rs. (14000 Rs for frame and rest for the glasses). Three times I had to go in a week to get them set and still not sorted.. Expensive frame but of lower quality and used to drop down from nose within few seconds. They couldn't even get it set properly. Wasted time. Also I had one more Glasses ordered which I have not received any communication and its been more than a month now. Also the glasses I ordered were transition glasses(Photochromatic). Whilst visit and sampling they show very dark glasses in sunlight and actually they dont go that dark. When you ask reason they say once the glass gets old, It shall go dark. Lame excuses. Very Very poor service. I recommend to go elsewhere if you want better service.

In the beginning, I was confused with the other options available in the city as I was new in Ahmedabad. But I made the best choice. Visited for the first time and had a great experience. I was given a very comprehensive eye exam by Ms. Bhumi, the optometrist over there and she provided me with detailed review of my results to really understand my needs along with some eye care tips. The staff was nice. They suggested me best option according to my eye health and helped me pick the right one. They gave me high and low budget options instead of directly selling expensive ones. Provided me free home delivery with Proper Optometrist Report Card and free lens cleanser.
Love this place! EVERY SINGLE person is wonderful - it's so nice to visit a place where everyone is friendly and helpful.
