I wanted to share some feedback regarding the lenses I received. Unfortunately, I’ve noticed that they scratch very easily, and within just a month of use, they have developed numerous scratches despite careful handling. I was expecting better durability, but they haven’t met my expectations in terms of quality. I believe there is room for improvement in making them more resistant to wear and tear. I’d appreciate any insights on this and hope future products can be enhanced for better longevity.

I've always had good experiences with this store, but when I visited the CG Road branch today, I was disappointed. The staff seemed more focused on entertaining female customers, while others stood around chatting. When I asked about a specific pair of sunglasses, the employee didn’t even check the stock and just told me, “Not available,” before dismissively suggesting I buy them online.

Absolutely horrible experience with Lenskart CG Road, Ahmedabad! My wife and I ordered glasses on March 7, 2025. While her pair was fine, mine arrived with scratches on March 11. Sent them back, only to receive another scratched pair on March 14. The staff, especially Vikas Barore, assured me it would be fixed, but they falsely marked my glasses as delivered in the system! I only found out on March 21 (after calling customer care myself) that my glasses had arrived but were damaged AGAIN for the third time! Then, on March 25, they finally sent the glasses via Porter, and to my shock, the lenses had different numbers on both sides—completely unwearable! I had to send them back again. Since then, no resolution, just excuses about "store credits" and "processing." Their customer care is USELESS—all they do is say, "We’ll check with the store," but they never actually follow up. Over a month later, I still don’t have my new frame! This is beyond incompetence—it feels like fraud. Avoid Lenskart at all costs! #LenskartFail #WorstService #CustomerCareScam

Not good experience. I went there about 9:23 pm but the staff said its close because they will not get bus or auto . The closing time is 10:00 pm . They should at least attend the customer. One more thing which is to be noted . Its opening time is 11:00 but the staff will be available near about 12:00 . My whole mood got spoiled. Dnt go if you are working.

Great experience at Lenskart CG Road! I had bought my specs from Lenskart Rajkot, but unfortunately, they broke. When I visited the CG Road store, The staff here quickly fixed them with excellent service. Really appreciate their prompt support and professionalism. Highly recommend..!!
