Dr Shetal is very professional, extremely experienced and also genuinely care and connect with her patients. Our whole family has been visiting her since almost 10years for all eye related issues. Very courteous and follows up on recovery progress. Her surgery room and procedure is of international standards also. I was rly worried when mom got her cataract surgery done, asked a lot of questions hoping to understand more and gain clarity and Doctor Shetal was really patient and empathetic, addressed all our concerns, gave us all options and recommended whats suitable for mom. The staff here is extremely rude and creates unnecessary stress for patients. They repeatedly check patients for no real reason and charge much higher than usual rates, with no flexibility on appointment dates. Khyati ben the assistant cares for her ego more than patients. IMP - Most concerning, the doctor terrified my 71-year-old mother, telling her that her retina was “so weak” it might need to be replaced. This was entirely untrue…she had cataract surgery done long ago by another doctor, and her eyes are perfectly healthy. Another doctor & his team were very y professional, offering “advanced lenses at better rates” and a caring staff that values patients’ time. This clinic’s behavior is unacceptable and seems intended to push patients into unnecessary treatments. Avoid this place if you can.

I had a good experience at "My Vision Eye Care". I experienced severe redness in my eyes two or three times, with watering and some pain. Dr. Shetal Raj examined me thoroughly and advised me to use some eye drops and take some tablets. I felt better after one month of her medication.
