"I recently visited Nagar Chasma Ghar, and unfortunately, it was one of the worst experiences I’ve had. The quality of the frames is extremely poor—the color coating on both the frame and the glass started to peel off without any reason after purchase. When I went to the store to discuss these issues, the staff was shockingly rude and unprofessional. Instead of offering help, they argued with me and even accused me of being dishonest. Such behavior towards customers is unacceptable. I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for quality products or respectful service. Very disappointing!"
