Netralaya Eye hospital

I had a wonderful experience at Notralaye Eye Hospital near Perimal Garden. It’s truly the best eye hospital in the area! The facilities are modern and well-maintained, the staff is extremely polite and caring, and the atmosphere is very comforting. The doctor is very knowledgeable and kind, patiently explaining everything and making sure you're at ease. I highly recommend this hospital to anyone looking for quality eye care with a personal touch. Thank you to the entire team for such great service!

I went to netralaya hospital for retinal detachment surgery of my mother I had an absolutely horrible experience at Netralaya Eye Hospital, and I would strongly advise everyone to stay away from this place! Despite having a cashless insurance policy with Cholamandalam, the hospital demanded the entire surgery payment upfront for a retinal detachment surgery. They completely messed up the insurance approval process, and their incompetence caused a huge financial burden on us. Even worse, they wrote faulty details in the reimbursement documents, and because of their mistakes, we ended up paying ₹1 lakh from our own pocket—despite having insurance! The manager, Francis, is extremely money-minded and does not care about patient welfare at all. His behavior was arrogant and unprofessional, and he seemed more focused on extracting money than providing proper medical care. Even though Netralaya has an MOU with Cholamandalam, they still insisted on full payment upfront, which was completely unethical and against the purpose of a cashless policy. On top of that, the hospital inflated the surgery charges just because we were using insurance! They charged ₹12,000 for local anesthesia, which is outrageous, and they increased the overall cost unnecessarily just to take advantage of the insurance claim. The doctors and staff were extremely rude and non-cooperative throughout the process. Their attitude was arrogant, and instead of helping, they only made things more difficult. No professionalism, no empathy—just a money-making business. I regret choosing Netralaya Eye Hospital and would NEVER recommend it to anyone. If you value your time, money, and peace of mind, stay far away from this place!

Thanks to Netralay Eye Hospital. My husband had an accident in 10 July 2023, in this accident his left eye was damaged, I talked to many hospitals but the same answer came from everywhere that his eyesight will not come back, then I came to know about Netralaya Hospital in Ahmedabad from my office staff. There we met Dr. Parth Rana Sir, he assured us that he will try his best to bring back my husband's eyesight, Parth Sir's efforts were successful and I and my husband are very happy that his eyesight has come back. Many thanks to Doctor Parth Rana Sir and also many thanks to the entire hospital staff.He is an excellent surgeon and very friendly. All the staff members are also very supportive...and treat their patients like a family member...thanks to Mr. Francis sir for him kind support.
